Oprah Diet

For those following the diet craze over the past 10+ years, there has been a national obsession with watching the weight and trials of what has become known as the Oprah Diet.  Its rare that any single individual has such widespread appeal, but for the millions that relate to the Oprah Diet and weight watch its helpful to track how a straight forward plan could relate to us.
