Quick weight loss diets usually target the water content
within the body. A reduction in water levels of your body works
fine initially but soon you are back to square one when you
regain fluid levels. Quick weight loss diets reduce
glycogen levels in muscles as you eat less carbohydrates and
consequently there is less accumulation of fluid. With muscular
protein containing water equivalent to four times its weight,
which you lose and thereby reduce your weight.
Less intake of food means lower levels of sodium and fluid in
your body. Overall effect of quick weight loss diets shows a
marked reduction in your body weight. However, this is not a
true loss of weight, as you need to reduce fat content of your
body to reduce weight. Fat reduction takes time and you cannot
see results within days. Losing fluid content of your body is

subsequently hold on to necessary fluid levels. Again, diet rich
in complex carbohydrates also maintains water levels. Therefore,
target fat deposits in your body and shed those extra pounds
through proper exercises. Once you lose them, you can maintain
your weight through quick weight loss diets.
You can formulate your quick weight loss diets
by going low on high calorie foods and including little
protein-rich foods with every meal. Develop weight training
program to increase metabolic activities and build your muscles.
Alternate such training with aerobic exercises to burn your fat
deposits. Eat fresh and natural foods to reduce sodium contents
and drink plenty of water to sustain energy levels in body.
Maintain your calorific value at 1500 calories per day and
exercise more if you exceed this limit.
While quick weight loss diets work for some
short term needs, like needing to squeeze into that favorite
