There are uncountable weight loss diets available in the market today. Most of these promise rapid weight loss and some even harm your body. These diets cost a lot and no one can guarantee their effect. This is not to say that all weight loss diets are a hoax. Most of these diets are well researched and do help you shed extra pounds.
